Our goal is to provide extraordinary service while fulfilling even the most unexpected desires and needs of our brides. We are available to make your vision a reality, from day-of wedding coordination to full service event planning and production. Our goal is to make sure even the smallest details are addressed on the day of your event or throughout the planning process.  We work closely with our clients to plan events that reflect their personality and vision while working within your budget. We believe your event should be about you. Often it is a gathering of the special people in your life and should be memorable with intimate details and service that’s beyond compare. 
Beverly has worked in the Charlottesville area as a professional event planner for over ten years. She comes from a family that loves to entertain.  She enjoys beautiful things, special touches and delicious food.  Her portfolio includes planning events for 25 to 600 people, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, special celebrations, galas, festivals, conferences and multi-day and destination events.  

Beverly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Museum Studies and graduate work in History.  Her professional experience includes 
work in museums and higher education.

Julie has over five years of experience working in the hospitality and restaurant industry with a focus on fine food and wine. She goes above and beyond to ensure even the smallest details are covered.  Her work experiences have provided her with a background in planning and coordinating events in the corporate and private sectors of Northern Virginia. 

She has planned numerous parties and events and is now in her third season coordinating weddings, specializing in Day-of Coordination.   

Julie has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management.  Her professional experience includes sales and marketing, event planning and finance.   


Lydia is in her third season with a Grand Affair and focuses on Day-of Coordination and event management.  

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Virginia and graduate work in Social Foundations of Education.  Her professional experience includes work in nonprofit development, event planning, higher education and politics.  

Lydia offers exceptional customer service and great attention to detail. She also focuses on event set-up and overall logistics.
